Share product information with HIA member companies through a structured email circulation scheme.

Details

Through this scheme, product information can be shared with our member companies. The company, firm, or institution must send HIA a request email with brochures or catalogues for circulation.

The content should remain within Gmail size limits. The brochure or detailed email will be circulated to member companies. The duration is set for five instances: once a week, once every two weeks, or once a month. Please choose an option and inform us. Circulation dates can be decided and communicated two days in advance along with the content.

HIA reserves the right to select the firm and content based on usefulness to the member community. HIA circulates content for informational purposes only and without business assurance or guarantee.

HIA will send a consent email along with a pro forma invoice for Rs. 2500 + GST 18% upon confirmation.

Payment can be made to Hosur Industries Association, Indian Overseas Bank, IFS Code: IOBA0000599, A/c No: 059902000000213, Branch: Hosur Industrial Complex, Hosur.

Circulation will commence after payment confirmation. The GST invoice will be issued after receipt of payment; please email complete address and GST number.

HIA will communicate circulation dates or arrange them based on requirements.

A copy of the email will be sent to the company, firm, or institution on each circulation date.

HIA will send a completion email once circulations are concluded.

HIA will forward any inquiries to the respective company or firm if received.

HIA will not disclose the contact information of its members.
